Starting from August 1, 2022, TIPO Will Implement WIPO Standard ST.26 for Nucleotide and/or Amino Acid Sequence Listings Disclosed for Invention Patent Applications - 2022.07.18

WIPO has announced that the WIPO Standard ST.26 applies to international applications with nucleotide and/or amino acid sequence listing filed on or after July 1, 2022.

TIPO will fully implement WIPO Standard ST.26 from August 1, 2022. All nucleotide and/or amino acid sequences presented in invention patent applications must comply with the new Standard.
